My name is Mason Brosious and I am a part of the class of 2025. I run for Madison West High School in Madison, Wisconsin and for my club team Milwaukee Speed Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have personal best of 49.96 seconds in the 400m and 1:55.35 in the 800. I am five foot ten and a lean 150 pounds. Last year, I ran a school record in the 800m placing sixth at the WIAA State meet. Additionally, I ran school records in the 600m and the indoor 800m while qualifying for Nike Indoor Nationals and the AAU Junior Olympics. For my senior season I would like to qualify for the championship division at Nike Indoor Nationals while also winning state in the 800m.  

As a student-athlete, I am very hard-working and I manage my time very well. My coaches have helped me grow lots not only as a runner but as a person. I have always had great relationships with my coaches and especially my teammates. My teammates and coaches have helped me push past what I thought I could and have turned me into a talented athlete. Off the track, I volunteer frequently at my local church. This summer, I worked two jobs, working at the food truck at Good Shepherd Lutheran church while also working at Target. Additionally, I have made the honor roll four times and I am a National Honors Society scholar.
