My name is Lucy Moore and I am in the 2024 graduating class aspiring to play college lacrosse. I attend Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Illinois and play midfield for the True Illinois State and True National teams. This past season as a sophomore, I earned All-State Honorable Mention after scoring 109 goals to rank 6th in the state. I am excited for the summer season because I get to compete again at the Under Armour 150 combine/showcase. My goal is to improve on my 40 time.  Last year I placed 12th at the UA150 event.  When not focusing my time on lacrosse, I enjoy school and am enrolled in a variety of classes including honors Spanish and in 2023, will be taking a course to lead special needs kids in physical education. My cumulative GPA is 3.77. 

As a lacrosse player I thrive at the midfield position. I am effective on both ends of the field, along with being an aggressive circle player. My speed is my strongest asset and I continue every day to find ways to use it on the field. I know how important it is to be working on speed, agility, and strength so, I go to a year-round Deep Impact Performance Trainer (DIPT). As much as speed is an important asset for me, I also pride myself on having a strong Lacrosse IQ and enjoy being a “Field General”.  I am constantly working on how to be the best vocal leader to my teammates. Lastly, I am looking to go to a school where I can make an immediate impact and be the best teammate I can be.
