Hi! I’m Natalie Buratczuk, class of 2022 at St. Charles North High School in Illinois. I have been a varsity high jumper since freshman year and currently have a PR of 5’6. As a freshman, I won conference, county, and a number of varsity meets. I am 5’11/130lbs and train year round with my club coach, Robert Cervenka of Jump High. My goal for the 2020/2021 season is to consistently jump 5’6 and increase my PR to 5’7-5’8 and place top 5 at the state meet. 

My top strength is that I am determined, so I will do everything in my power to achieve the goals I set. Aside from my reaching my goals, I love to see and encourage my teammates to reach their goals as well. Outside of track I was a competitive equestrian for a number of years, and competed in several horse shows from 3^rd-10^th grade.  Helping others both in and outside of school is also very important to me.  I am currently part of peer leadership, which is a mentoring program for incoming freshman.  In 2018, I completed my Silver Award for Girl Scouts.  Less than 10% of Girl Scouts nationally earn this award. 

I have known since middle school I have wanted to high jump in college.  My goal is to join a program that will help me grow as a jumper and as an individual.
